Explored a canyon, climbed some rock, and finished the day with some “cactus kabobs” slow-roasted over a fire in a cave.

Wilderness and adventure therapy—my own “self-inflicted” version—has been essential to my ability to move forward, heal, and get my head on straight from time to time. Getting outside and into Nature is good medicine.

Your version might not involve eating edible plants in a cave, and I don’t think that matters—just get out and allow the walls to come down and allow the connections to be made. It’s powerful stuff.
